Triple Tier Warranty Service Program
During the first year of ownership, Hogan Homes warrants each home the company builds against any and all structural or mechanical problems.
In the second year of ownership, Hogan Homes provides coverage on items such as electrical wiring, plumbing lines inside the walls and HVAC ductwork.
For our Coastal Bend home buyers, we provide an extended 2nd thru 5th year air conditioning compressor labor warranty.
From year three through year 10, each Hogan Home is warranted through the Residential Warranty Corporation against all major structural defects.
Buyer Assurances
So there's no confusion, each homebuyer receives a complete warranty package at closing. This includes a manual that explains each warranty fully and a customized care guide on how to maintain their Hogan Home with ease.
Life is filled with little emergencies
But the one that happens to you is never small and Hogan Homes knows it.
That's why this caring company has set up a 24 hour, seven day a week Emergency Service that's available to every Hogan Home buyer for the first year of ownership.
All Hogan Homes' Warranty Manuals contain this emergency number, available only to Hogan Homes buyers. The emergency service contacts the job superintendent on call, so a trained and capable staff person will be responding to your emergency.
